Atlas Lithium Corp
Company Overview
Atlas Lithium is a lithium development company focused on becoming a low-cost producer through its Minas Gerais Lithium Project in Brazil. Utilizing open-pit mining, the company projects an OpEx of $489/ton of lithium concentrate. With permits in place, a fully-paid $30M dense media separation plant already in Brazil, and a published Definitive Feasibility Study, the project is rapidly advancing towards production. The company leverages its large hard-rock lithium exploration portfolio in Brazil's premier Lithium Valley, characterized by high-quality spodumene and favorable infrastructure. The Neves Project, a key asset, demonstrates strong metallurgical results and is expected to have an average annual production of 146kt of SC5.5, with a 6.5-year life of mine and an average Li₂O grade of 1.17%. Atlas Lithium has secured strategic partnerships and off-take agreements with global partners, including substantial investments and product pre-payments, validating its business model and team. Beyond lithium, the company holds approximately 30% ownership in Atlas Critical Minerals, expanding its portfolio to include rare earths, titanium, graphite, uranium, copper, nickel, and iron ore projects in Brazil, some of which are already generating early revenues. The company emphasizes high ESG standards, employing a 100% dry processing method without tailings dams, using recycled water, and avoiding hazardous chemicals, aligning with global energy transition goals. These green processes aim for a clear carbon footprint benefit. Atlas Lithium is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen, creating hundreds of local jobs and developing infrastructure in the Vale do Jequitinhonha region of Minas Gerais, contributing to the economic and social development of one of Brazil's poorer states.
