GoldHaven Enters into Definitive Agreement to Acquire BC Gold & Copper Assets

GoldHaven Resources Corp. has announced a securities exchange agreement with Copper Peak Metals Inc. and its shareholders. GoldHaven will acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Copper Peak in exchange for 3,990,000 common shares, and 1 million share purchase warrants. Copper Peak holds an acquisition agreement for a 100% interest in the Magno property. As part of the agreement, Gerry Diakow, the underlying property optionor, will be appointed to GoldHaven's Board of Directors.
