Premium Resources Ltd. (previously Premium Nickel Resources Ltd.) has changed its name to better reflect its focus on a broader range of critical metals beyond nickel. The change was approved by shareholders and the company's common shares will begin trading under the new name and ticker symbol "PREM" from November 20, 2024.
